a RYT® 500 yoga teacher (completed a 500+ hour yoga teacher training that is registered with Yoga Alliance).
Yoga feels like home to me. Whenever I need to restore, energize, reconnect to myself, Yoga is an answer! Over the years I have found my strength, mental clarity and inner powers through yoga practice. Yoga helps me stay fit, grounded and true to myself.

Absolutely! Some medical conditions and injuries can cause daily stress and negatively affect quality of life. Yoga practice can reduce symptoms of medical conditions and help you recover after injuries. However, no yoga teacher can promise a cure or healing for medical conditions, this stays strictly a doctor’s expertise. That’s why it is highly recommended to consult with a doctor before joining yoga class. Depending on student’s condition there will be variations and adjustments offered to make the asana flow less challenging and more effective.
As an expat myself, I would like to create an international environment during my yoga classes with English as a common language for all my students.
My ultimate goal is to create a community of dedicated yogis, grow and build up the practice together. I believe that only a regular practice makes yoga the best tool for our physical and mental development. I also believe that regular yoga practice is incredibly empowering, liberating and inspiring!
